Caramel meringue slice

Well I finally got up and had some canned spaghetti for breakfast (I know, I know) and then went to make some lemon meringue slice only to find the three lemons I bought two days ago had gone moldy! So because I had already made the base I just made caramel meringue instead, not sure how it turned out quite yet... I tried to take it out of its tray but all the caramel stared to run out so I have left it so hopefully the caramel hardens as it cools down more, Fingers crossed!!

See it has cracked after I tried to take it out as the recipe said to bad idea...

I also found out today that I will be going to Australia with my parents with my Dads work for five days in two weeks time!! Yay!! I will have to miss three days of school though which I don't want to miss as I have already missed so much this year.. But that will just be something I have to live with as I don't have a choice to stay at home by myself so i will be going but it will be fuunn! :)
